CLASS COMPONENTS:
1. 12 Class sessions – One Saturday a month 8:00am – 3:00pm
2. Weekly journal In your area of interest or passion
3. Join an Accountability huddle
1. Publish a book from your weekly journal as a tool to disciple and equip your community or sphere of influence.
2. Work on a personal transformation project (PTP) in your sphere.
3. 3 book reports and review during the one-year experience.
4. Watch, review and do a report on 4 audio visual learnings
5. Read the bible through in one year.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS:
Expectations and Output
- Growing Born Again Christian
- Ministry Leader, marketplace leader, or aspiring leader
- Pay a subsidized class fees of Kshs. 36,000 (USD 278.53) for the year for tuition course
- Commitment to do all class assignments
- Prompt and on time attendance for all sessions

The Experience has 3 Key Aspects:
We realize we can never be better leaders until we do it with the help of God. Unless God anoints you, you will become a dull axe head. So spiritualet because you need to stay connected to God.
Spiritual because once you are connected God gives you the anointing that enhance your skills like Bezalel and Oholiab in Exodus 31.
Spiritual intelligence = Connection + empowered + competent! (anointed)
Leadership is a journey – you cannot travel this journey alone. At every level of leadership be it in a family, church or corporate – you will always have people around you. That’s where we must build our social capital. We must work to enhance our people smart skills.
The experience will equip you on how to build your people skills, play in a team and also learn how to build networks. You will learn how to value people, add value to people. You will also get to see the value of networks starting with you joining the Leadwell leaders’ collective, a hub of all those who have gone through the experience.
As a leader you don’t want to punch in the air aimlessly. The experience will teach you on how to be strategic in your leadership either as an individual, or part of an organization or in your own personal venture. You will learn the strategy of every empowering and displayer leader.
You will be required to come up with a Personal Transformation Project (PTP) that should take into account the following;
- It must be impactful
- It must be acknowledgeable
- It must be sustainable
